Bellamora International Group Review – Do They Have What It Takes To Be The Next Network Marketing Giant?
If you’re reading this article, chances are you’re looking for some information on Bellamora and thinking about becoming a distributor. Bellamora is the newest company to get introduced into the network marketing industry. Because the company is not even in pr-launch right now, there’s not a lot of information you can find on the internet. However, in this review, I’ll give you some information on the company, the products and the compensation plan so you’ll be able to make an educated decision about the company. I’ll also cover how you can position yourself ahead of your competition, should you decide to join.
First of all, let’s cover the company itself. Bellamora International Group is a new company that sells various skin care products through a network marketing business model. It is based in Tampa, Florida and, according to their website, is still months away from actually pre-launching, which can mean a significant opportunity if you decide to join. The company’s story actually started over two decades ago when Dr. Bruce Miller discovered what was to become the Bellamora formula by accident. Since then, over $8 million has been invested into the research and development of the formula. One of the most fascinating and unique benefits of the company’s patented formula is that it has the ability to penetrate deep into several layers of skin to deliver and transport skin formulations like Collagen, vitamins, antioxidants and moisturizers. From a business perspective, it’s also important to note that their is a pretty strong management team in place, which is critical for a new company to get off the ground and into momentum.
As far as their products go, Bellamora markets a complete line of high quality skin care products. Some of the products they sell include skin cleansers, toners, moisturizers, collagen creams and advanced skin peel products. Customers can buy products individually or though conveniently packaged product packs. Customers can also sign up to get their products autoshipped to them every month, and in return will get a nice discount on them. Obviously, if you’re serious about becoming a distributor, I recommend that you look into the company’s products and do some homework on them, so you feel confident talking about and promoting them.
Now, let’s go over the business opportunity. You can become a distributor by purchasing an initial order of products, and then maintaining a monthly autoship. The compensation plan, which is said to be designed by 40-year network marketing expert and veteran Rod Cook, pays out a multitude of ways. There’s upfront income you can earn through retail profits, preferred customer bonuses and fast start bonuses. There’s also long-term, back-end income you can build through the company’s binary commissions and matching bonuses. On top of that, there are several bonuses and pools you can participate in based on performance including company leadership pools, a luxury car bonus and a dream home bonus. Overall, the compensation plan look pretty attractive. And, coupled with the fact the company claims to provide free marketing websites, free product samples and even free leads, Bellamora can be a potentially lucrative business opportunity.
In summary, Bellamora looks to have a good management team, quality products and a solid compensation plan. Of course, it’s way too early to tell how successful they will be but if you’re the type of person who is interested in getting involved with a company that is truly in it’s ground floor stages, they are definitely worth looking into. With that said, just because the company is in pre-launch, markets a unique product and has a good compensation plan doesn’t mean you’ll automatically become successful by simply becoming a distributor. At the end of the day, your success will depend on your ability to personally sponsor new distributors into your business, your ability to market products and your ability to build a productive organization of leaders. And, in order to do all three of those things efficiently and seamlessly, you need to know how to market. If you don’t know how to market, you’ll have a hard time branding yourself and generating leads. My suggestion is to use a self branding attraction marketing system that will allow you to do all the above at the same time and is simple to use. If you can successfully combine time-tested offline network marketing techniques with a marketing system that can position you to generate 25-50+ leads a day online, you can very well be on your way to building a wildly prosperous Bellamora business.
Jaime Soriano wrote this Bellamora Review for people looking into the company. Sadly, most Bellamora distributors will never see the success they desire because they lack the marketing skills to generate sufficient leads for their business. There is a tendency in our society to make things complicated, it’s the American way. If you can keep people confused then the experts or businesses in that field can expand their products or services and make a bigger profit. It’s all about the profits, the quarterly bottom line dummy. For example take dieting, you have 100’s of different programs, the diet information is so confusing that most people are so confused that they spent tons of money running around in circles, change programs often and accomplish nothing. The proof of this is that 50% of all Americans are still overweight, despite an industry that has been growing leaps and bounds claiming to be interested in solving the weight problem.
Why is it that we as a society choose to believe in complicated theory’s and seem unable or unwilling to accept the simple truth? Is it that we choose to believe that things are complicated because in doing so we make it easier to justify to our selves our failures? Is it that we are bombarded by so much confusing advertising that the truth becomes hidden in the smoke screen?
Businesses often claim how savvy the consumer is, this is clearly just an attempt to massage the consumer ego, anyone buying a big ticket item, health insurance, a vehicle or home would have to be brain dead to believe that they are treated as a savvy consumer or with full disclosure, truthful advertising, honesty or respect. The simple truth is that businesses place priority in self interest, business interest, their family, profits and then the consumer.
The free market system justifies this system of confusion by claiming it provides jobs, expands the economy and makes it possible for our industries, to expand, make larger profits, thus creating more jobs. If you believe in this argument then you have to agree the more you mislead/screw the consumer and each other the better off all Americans will be.
China is a large country at a size of 9,596,960 sq km. China was only partially open to the world from 1980 onwards and has been a communist country for many decades. Although there is much progress in the travel industry and infrastructure of China, there remain areas that need to be improved before it can match the level that most tourist would require.
However, much of the fun remain that it is different from the rest of the world. China will be the host nation for the Olympics in Year 2008. Travel facilities and infrastructure will be improving quickly as we approach Year 2008.
China is rich in culture and history. Visit the Great Wall of China in Beijing, sip Chinese tea in Xiamen, dance with ethnic tribes in Yunnan, check out 19th Century European buildings in Qingdao – there are just so much to do and see in China!
Below are some travel tips to make your travel in China easier:
China require entry visa from most countries. Apply at the Chinese consulate or through your travel agent before travelling to China.
Extremely diverse; tropical in south to subarctic in north. Be prepared with the right seasonal clothing.
The unit of currency is known as Renmembi(RMB) or Yuan. Get some Chinese Yuan in your local country before travelling. When in China, exchange foreign currency for local currency in the banks or at the hotel. Banks tend to give slightly better rates than hotels. Take note that some banks close for a noon siesta between 12-2pm.
Most better class hotels and shopping centres take Credit Card or Travellers cheques. Smaller hotels and shops take cash only. Once out of the bigger cities, credit card and ATM cards tend to be almost impossible to utilize. Cash is still king in Chinese business and trade.
Counterfeit notes are common in China. Check carefully before accepting change, especially if it consists mostly 100RMB notes. You can feel a texture difference where counterfeit notes is concerned.
Understanding of English
Most civil servants, custom officials, police, hotel staff and men in the street do not speak English or at best a smattering of English.
Most signboards and notices will carry both English and Chinese. However, be aware that some translations can be so notorious that one can hardly understand what was it’s original Chinese intention.
Do not expect hotels or shops to understand English. Only the very big hotels will have staff that will understand English.
Most young people can understand basic English if you speak slowly.
China is generally a safe country. However, hang on tight to your wallet especially in crowded, popular tourist sites in tourist cities such as Beijing and Xian.
These tourist cities also has a lot of touts in the streets touting tourist from currency exchange to jewelleries to female companionships. Avoid at all cost!
Bus, train, ferries and domestic flights are quite well developed. Avoid the crowd at the stations and book your tickets through the hotel tour desk or the nearest tour agent. Prices are likely to be competitive and tickets will be delivered to your hotel room. Again, avoid ticket touts who approach you in the streets.
Local buses are cheap (US$0.10 or YS$0.20) and you may want to try out. Taxis are convenient and are available at all hours. Starting fares differ from each city and may be as cheap as US$0.70 in Weihai and US$1.50 in Shenzhen.
Avoid travel in China during peak holiday seasons or book tickets well ahead.
There is a good choice of hotels in China ranging from one star to the most luxurious 6 stars. Most of the time, the rooms are safe and clean and in my opinion, cheap does not mean bad.
There are many websites selling China hotel rooms on the Internet. You can also check out the travel counters which are available in most train, bus stations as well as airport.
Book ahead if travelling in peak seasons.
Peak Tourist Seasons
Chinese New Year: Date varies but generally late January or early February.
May Day: First two weeks of May
China National Day: Middle two weeks of October
Avoid travelling during these period. Book rooms and travel modes way early if need to travel. Believe me, the crowds during these period of time will be scary. What do you expect when the entire Chinese nation of 8 billion people are on holiday as well!
Local food is absolutely fabulous. Try as much Chinese food as your wallet or stomach can afford. Restaurants are available everywhere and open to late hours. Most restaurants will have a menu that include photographs of the various dishes. Better yet, simply point at the food that your next door table is having, especially if it looks delicious!
However, avoid street side stalls and drinking directly from the taps if you have delicate stomach.
Mobile phone coverage in China is good in most locations. Global auto-roaming within China is not a problem.
There are cyber-cafes everywhere in China, especially in tourist areas. Most are patronised by young people playing online games but you still can check your Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail. Access may be a bit slow for international websites.
You will need to show your passport as China has tight regulations at Internet Cyber Cafes.
One of the worst experience many has with China is the atrocious toilet facilities. Things has improved very much but it may still be a good idea to empty your stomach or bladder at every opportunity in a hotel, restaurant or departmental store. Public toilets and toilets in small shops can be a nose hazard!
* Useful China travel tips *
Try to get an English speaking tour guide at every opportunity you can. China has a rich and wonderful history and culture and without a guide, somehow, the flavour and significance of most tour sites can be lost.
*Sneaky tip: Hang around a group that has an English speaking guide if you cannot afford one!
Always ask for a receipt from a taxi driver so that you can complain if you have been cheated or for tracing purposes if you happen to leave your camera behind in the taxi.
Try to take the namecard for each hotel that you are staying at as these cards will have a Chinese address and the map of your hotel location. This is useful if you need to seek assistance to find your way back as the English version or pronunciation of a hotel or a street name may be quite different from the Chinese version.
After a tiring day, check out Chinese foot reflexology or Chinese TuiNa (Chinese massage). Wonderful for the body after a hard day and very cheap to boot. Simply look out for shop signs that shows two feet! They are everywhere.
Make friends with the Chinese whenever you can. They love to meet foreigners and will make good tour guides. Just buy a small present as a small token of appreciation.

Most of the communicating sales professionals do is wordless. The moment you enter the presence of another person you start communicating. Your physique, your clothing, jewelry, voice qualities, facial expressions, posture and many other factors pass along important information. They give information or clues as to social, marital and financial status, your sex, and personal taste.
When you speak, your voice speaks in ways that go beyond words. Your accent may give away your national or regional origin. Your tone of voice will tell people whether you feel elated or sad, excited or bored.
Through verbal communication, people learn about your thoughts, ideas, products, and services. Through non-verbal communication, they learn about your feelings.
About 93% of your communication is non-verbal. Much of it is unconscious, but you can bring a great deal of your wordless communication under conscious control.
Often, how we say things conveys more meaning than what we say. In fact, voice quality is said to convey about 38% of your meaning.
When George Bush ran for president in 1988, he hired a voice coach to help him lower his voice an octave. Why? Because the candidate’s high-pitched voice had helped saddle him with the “wimp” image, even though Bush had proved his valor as a Navy combat pilot during World War II.
Fairly or unfairly, we impute strength and confidence to the person who speaks with a low-pitched, well-modulated voice. When the voice rises to a high pitch, we sense excitement, panic, and lack of control. That doesn’t mean that we should all go around cultivating baritone voices. It simply means that each of us should use the lower end of the voice range when we want to communicate calmness, confidence and competence.
We convey feelings, moods and attitudes through a variety of voice qualities, which are sometimes called paralangauge. Among these qualities are volume, pace, intonation, stress and juncture.
Volume and Pace
Volume and pace should be used in a careful, controlled way. These qualities can work in unison to achieve powerful effects, especially when selling and persuading from the public platform. You can let your voice rise to a crescendo, the pace and volume quickening until you reach a peak of excitement. Or you can drop to a dramatic whisper.
Volume should always be great enough that you can be heard by everyone you’re trying to reach with your voice. When addressing a group through a microphone, that generally presents no problem for you. When speaking without a microphone, keep checking the people farthest from you for signs that they’re straining to hear, or indications that their attention is straying.
Pace should be adapted to the message. Some simple but telling points can be made effectively in rapid-fire sequence. Others can be made by slowly drawing out the words, or by long pauses to let the points sink in.
Intonation refers to the voice pitch. We usually speak in a range of pitches from low to high. The range between high and low intonations varies from individual to individual, and from one linguistic population to another. The English generally have a greater range than do Americans.
Stress is another important element of paralangauge. The way you emphasize words can change the meaning of your sentences.
As you speak, be conscious of the effects of sense stress on the meaning you’re trying to convey. Use stress to help your listener understand the sense in which you use words and to show which words you consider to be important.
Juncture refers to the way vowels and consonants are joined in the stream of speech. If you listen to someone speaking in a foreign langauge, it sounds like a continuous flow of syllables. That’s because you haven’t learned to recognize the signs that tell you where one word stops and another begins.
Speakers of other langauges have the same problem comprehending English. As I’ve spoken on different continents, I’ve formed a great admiration for the translators who have had the task of rendering my speech into other langauges. Once I was translated simultaneously into seven different langauges. Either my juncture was good or my translators were superb. The audiences laughed at the appropriate points and applauded at the appropriate points.
Inattention to juncture can make your speech indistinct or hard to understand. If you tell a carpenter to build a greenhouse, make sure that you don’t end up with a green house. The difference in appearance and cost can be substantial. If you ask your secretary to get you the night rate and have it on your desk the next morning, be sure it doesn’t sound like “nitrate.” Otherwise, you may find a sack of fertilizer in your “in” basket.

Americans are outraged to be treated like cattle and subjected to humiliation by airport security screeners of the TSA. Many see these TSA employees as nothing more than glorified security guards who feel it is their right to treat people poorly. Without making any judgments about that aspect, I would like to discuss this topic with you for a moment.
You see, there was an interesting article in Homeland Security Newswire recently on November 22, 2010 titled; “TSA to Make Airport Screenings Minimally Invasive” in which the Transportation Security Administration was countering the onslaught of anger from the American People over the electronic strip searchers and too close for comfort pat downs. One line of this article was rather mystifying to me;
“Although he gave no indication that screening changes were imminent; still, he pointed to the alleged attempt by a Nigerian with explosives in his underwear to try to bring down an Amsterdam-to-Detroit flight last Christmas. “We all wish we lived in a world where security procedures at airports weren’t necessary,” Pistole said, “but that just isn’t the case”
The problem with that excuse for these programs, which in essence take away our dignity, liberty, and freedoms guaranteed to us in the Constitution, is that the “Christmas Bomber” in my opinion was a staged event, perhaps by some rogue groups within the intelligence community wishing to assist in getting the contract for these electronic screeners with the TSA or spreading fear amongst the American People to keep their game going.
Some say we should let the airlines deal with it and take the government out of the picture. In fact, there was an interesting feature on this recently on November 22, 2010 titled; “Privatize Airport Security” segment on “Power Lunch” on CNBC. However, one guest suggested “it wouldn’t change anything as you are still going to put momma through that radiation machine like a cheap frozen entre.”
Apparently, folks are upset and even the President and Congress has been asked to intervene, as lots of statements and chatter are flying around with accusations, and somewhere, Al Qaeda is probably laughing at us. As in reality we are letting the terrorists win this round. Please consider all this.

Are you a short man yet likes tall women? Or are you a tall woman who likes a short man? Either way, can you think of reasons as to why you like the exact opposite height of you? A woman who’s really tall has a lot of issues to face. One would be the choice of wardrobe. Being tall, she only has limited clothes to wear. A blazer may not go to the bottom of her arms. Skirts, shorts and pants will always come shorter than they preferred. A woman who is 5’10” in height have some problems meeting a guy their height or taller than them. It’s either they are taken, gay or would rather date women who are petite. Sometimes, women who are extremely tall would just secretly wish they were short. On the other hand, short men would exactly feel the opposite. Either way, both have difficulties in finding a partner worth keeping.
Don’t worry; there are couples wherein the girl is taller than the guy. To some, it may look ridiculous that there is the tall women-short men tandem. That’s because it is socially accepted to have the guy taller than the girl. But did you know, the tall women-short men tandems are considered the perfect match? Here are the reasons as to why tall women, short men are compatible with each other.
Reason # 1 They complement each other.
Black and white looks good together. There’s the good and evil, the yin and yang. Take a look at the examples and they are extremely the opposite yet they complement each other. The same goes with the tall and short combination. A tall girl is able to fill up the missing part that a short guy can’t.
Reason # 2 They see pass the physical characteristic of one another.
What’s great about the tall women-short men tandems is that they don’t mind the physical trait of a person. They look at what’s inside the heart rather than the physical outlook of a person. A tall girl would rather choose a short guy with big heart rather than a tall guy who’s really a jerk. It is safe to say that they love each other not because of how each one looks but rather what their attitudes are.
Reason # 3 Short men have more compact sex appeal.
There are a lot of tall women-short men tandems. The most famous couple would be Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Tom Cruise is 5 ft. and 7 inches in height and Katie Holmes is 5ft. and 9 inches. They have a gap of two inches. Katie loves Tom because of his steaming sex appeal to which she hasn’t found in other guys.
Reason # 4 Short men are more grateful and humble.
If you want a guy who isn’t an airhead or a total jack-ass then go for short guys. Short guys are grateful, down-to-earth, humble and more well-mannered. The famous singer Rod Stewart who is only 5 ft. and 10 inches tall married model Penny Lancaster who is 6 ft. and 3 inches tall because of his genuine heart. She claims that even though he’s short, he has the qualities she wants in a man. She has been dating taller guys yet they’re not the kind of men she would want to bring home and to meet her parents.

If you are anything like me, you will probably loathe the idea of spending more than an hour pampering your skin. Not that there is anything wrong with that. If I have that much time to spare, I’d also spend those hours keeping my skin beautiful. But since I don’t, I have to look for quick and easy solutions that do not require a lot of my time and effort.
If you have 15 minutes of time to spare in the morning, you can try the following routine in keeping your skin firm, resilient and beautiful:
1. After washing your face, pat it dry and immediately apply your moisturizer. Place a pea-sized amount of cream on your palm. Use your index finger and dot a bit of the product on your forehead, under your eyes, the bridge of your nose, your cheeks and your chin.
2. Use your lightest fingers to spread the cream all over your face. Use a circular and outward motion only. Do not run your fingers up and down your skin as this can tug the dermis downwards and can trigger the loss of resilience.
3. Now find the acupressure points of your face. Use your two index fingers and knead those pressure points. This will help release tension and improve the distribution of fluid and blood around this area.
Acupressure massage was popularized by Chinese medical practitioners. This method has shown remarkable results in reducing wrinkles and fine lines on the face. It also works in improving complexion fast. Massage the pressure points of your face for the remaining time allotted for this routine.
Follow this simple routine every morning and you can see major effects to the health of your skin. Moreover, you also need a potent anti aging moisturizer. There are products that penetrate skin layers deeper.
Look for a product that has been incorporated with the ingredients CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano Lipobelle HEQ10. CynergyTK is an ingredient that has been carefully extracted from the wool of sheep. This is actually one of the best sources of natural keratin. Keratin is the same functional protein used by the integumentary system for collagen production. This will help maintain strong structure of the dermis.
Phytessence Wakame is a type of Japanese sea kelp. This sea kelp can help get rid of harmful enzymes. These enzymes tend to damage and break down hyaluronic acid, the acid that supplies moisture to collagen proteins. Keeping collagen hydrated and nourished is imperative in order to prolong its life.

Sometimes age does not matter at all; especially if you find yourself falling hard for a guy because of his looks, personality and ways! There are plenty of ways you can seduce an older man. If you are willing and bold enough, perhaps you can try out these tactics.
Put him at ease
Don’t make him feel uncomfortable and foolish when he is with you. His first reaction will naturally be – “don’t even think of dating her – she’s too young!” However if you play your cards right he might just forget about the difference in your ages and pursue you. Put him at ease and make him attracted to the type of person you are.
Don’t make him feel like a cradle snatcher
Try not to dress in a manner that makes you look like a teenager. If you look and act like someone who is obviously too young for him, he will avoid you even if he is attracted to you. This is because he is afraid to look ridiculous chasing a woman who is very young. Dress and behave in a mature manner.
Don’t look anything less than impeccable
Take time to notice every little thing about him. Most probably he will be extremely elegant and well dressed. This should tell you that you have better chances of seducing him if you are impeccably dressed and poised! Your elegant look and sophisticated manner will make him more eager to know you better.
Plant yourself in an exciting position to pick him up
For heaven’s sake don’t try to pick him up in a sport’s bar! The game will take his attention from you within seconds! Remember – you don’t know how addicted he is to it! It is much easier to get his attention if you are a beautiful single woman draped over the bar in a classy restaurant! Lock eyes, smile and use every little trick in the book to seduce him.
Flirt playfully with him
Once you know how, all you have to do is play by the rules. As long as you don’t look too easy, he is bound to fall for your playful flirting. Make him excited at the prospect of being seduced by a younger woman. Before you know it he will be aching to prove his masculine virility!
Make him feel sexy and attractive
The more sexy and attractive you make him feel the easier it will be for you to seduce him. As he is older than you, he will feel extremely flattered to think that a young gorgeous female like you is hitting on him. While you do your best to make him feel sexy, make sure you don’t make it too easy for him!
Be subtle rather than aggressive
Because he is older, he is bound to be wary of a woman who throws herself at him. Don’t be too aggressive or obvious. You would definitely embarrass him and put him off you if you are too blatant with your flirting. Be subtle and make him guess about your intentions and invitations.

Facing a foreclosure can be a difficult thing for you to deal with so make surthat you do everything in your power to avoid this from happening to you. Talking with your financial lender is always a good place to start because they have the power to foreclose on your home.
In most cases there is a period of time that payments are not made before a bank will foreclose on a home. If you are like so many other people and have had there interest rate adjust upwards then making payments can be a challenge. Know that banks understand that things happen and people get into difficult situations.
Open communication is key to dealing with your lender because they can make adjustments to you loan. If you want to save your home then you need to be on board with talking with them and re figuring you loan where you can afford it and they are happy as well.
Realize that banks are not in the business of selling houses and they do not really want to foreclose on you and have to worry about selling your home. They almost always would rather work the terms of your loan out to make it work.
Remember that even though times may be tough for you and you might be facing a foreclosure there are options. Go and sit down with your banker and let them know why you have been unable to make payments. You will be surprised that in this current economy they will be willing to listen.
