The compensation plan, which is said to be designed by 40-year network marketing expert and veteran Rod Cook, pays out a multitude of ways. Of course, it’s way too early to tell how successful they will be but if you’re the type of person who is interested in getting involved with a company that is truly in it’s ground floor stages, they are definitely worth looking into. With that said, just because the company is in pre-launch, markets a unique product and has a good compensation plan doesn’t mean you’ll automatically become successful by simply becoming a distributor. At the end of the day, your success will depend on your ability to personally sponsor new distributors into your business, your ability to market products and your ability to build a productive organization of leaders. And, in order to do all three of those things efficiently and seamlessly, you need to know how to market.
